Update: All services have now been fully restored following last night's maintenance.
Previous update: On the evening of May 24, a weather-related power outage affected critical LFT Fiber network equipment. This resulted in intermittent service interruptions for some customers across internet, video, and phone services.
During our initial maintenance window, we identified lingering data corruption that contributed to continued disruptions for a portion of users. A partial maintenance session began at 10:00 AM on May 25, but we chose to postpone the remainder to avoid further impact during peak hours.
Additionally, due to this outage, our support phone lines were intermittently unavailable during portions of the day. This issue has since been resolved. However, please note that during the final maintenance window, support lines may again be temporarily unreachable.
To fully stabilize services, a final maintenance window is scheduled for:
11:00 PM on Sunday, May 25 through 4:00 AM on Monday, May 26
During this time, customers may experience temporary interruptions to internet, phone, or video services.
