Your New Star Codes

We’ve upgraded our phone platform, and some star codes have changed. Every code is listed below so it’s easy to find the one you need. Where a code replaced an older one, the old code is shown alongside it. Codes shown with a + are followed by additional dialing, such as a phone number.

*66

*66 does something different now. It used to retry a busy number for you (Automatic Callback). On the new platform, *66 retrieves a parked call.

*74

*74 also changed. It used to be 1-digit Speed Dialing. On the new platform, *74 turns off Selective Call Acceptance for your line.
