- Everyday Price (EDP) Internet Services
LFT Fiber offers an Everyday Price (EDP) for internet services, which means the advertised price is not a promotional rate and remains consistent unless modified by LFT Fiber. Customers are not required to sign long-term contracts, and there are no data caps associated with the service. The EDP packages include symmetrical internet speeds of 500 Mbps and 1 Gbps. Customers may upgrade or downgrade their selected package at any time. Any changes to the standard monthly pricing will be communicated to customers in advance. The advertised EDP price does not include applicable taxes, fees, or optional services such as Wi-Fi equipment rental or professional installation. - Self-Installation
Customers may be eligible for self-installation at no additional charge if their location qualifies. Self-installation includes the setup of a wireless router and a connecTV set-top box. LFT Fiber will provide setup instructions to assist customers with installation. Customers are responsible for correctly setting up the provided equipment and ensuring their service functions properly. LFT Fiber provides limited support for self-installation but is not liable for any issues arising from improper setup. If a self-installation attempt is unsuccessful, the customer may be required to schedule a professional installation, which will be subject to a one-time installation fee. LFT Fiber reserves the right to determine whether self-installation is feasible for a specific address. - Professional Installation
If self-installation is not available or fails to establish a working connection, professional installation will be required. Professional installation includes the setup of a wireless router and a connecTV set-top box, as well as configuration assistance for up to five (5) connected devices such as computers, tablets, and mobile phones. Customers opting for professional installation will be subject to a one-time installation fee. LFT Fiber will schedule installation appointments at the customer’s convenience, subject to availability. The customer must be present during the installation appointment. The professional installation service includes setup, testing, and verification of the internet connection to ensure optimal performance. Installation fees are non-refundable once the service has been successfully activated. LFT Fiber is not responsible for any additional wiring or modifications within the customer’s premises beyond the standard installation process. - Wi-Fi Services
Customers have the option to use their own Wi-Fi router or lease one from LFT Fiber for an additional monthly fee. LFT Fiber’s optional Wi-Fi service includes professional installation and setup of the home wireless network, troubleshooting assistance, and equipment replacement in case of failure. At the time of installation, LFT Fiber will assist with the setup of up to five (5) connected devices, including computers, tablets, and mobile phones. Customers will also have access to 24/7/365 local phone support for any Wi-Fi-related concerns. Customers who choose to use their own Wi-Fi equipment are solely responsible for ensuring its compatibility with LFT Fiber’s network, as LFT Fiber does not provide support for customer-owned routers or Wi-Fi systems. Wi-Fi extenders are available for an additional monthly fee per unit to improve coverage in larger areas.
All LFT Fiber-provided equipment remains the property of LFT Fiber and must be returned upon service termination to avoid additional charges. Customers are responsible for any damage to LFT Fiber-provided equipment beyond normal wear and tear.

Understanding Your Upcoming Rate Change
Beginning with your February 2026 bill, LFT Fiber will implement adjustments to our TV package rates and Broadcast Surcharge Fee.
Over the past several years, we’ve held rates steady despite continual increases in programming and network costs, working hard to absorb as much of those expenses as possible. However, ongoing increases from broadcast networks and content providers have now reached a point where an adjustment is necessary.
Like all providers, we continue to face annual increases in programming costs from networks and content owners. The largest of these are fees charged by local broadcast stations, which we pass directly through to customers as the Broadcast Surcharge Fee.
LFT Fiber does not profit from these costs.
To help offset these rising fees and minimize the impact on you to the best of our ability, we’ve made adjustments across several of our core TV tiers.
What’s Changing

Summary of Adjustments:
- Broadcast Surcharge Fee increasing to $38.00
- Basic Tier: $7.95 decrease

No. LFT Fiber does not profit from any part of the Broadcast Surcharge Fee.
In addition to local broadcast fees, all TV providers experience annual increases in programming costs. We’ve adjusted tier rates to help offset those costs and limit the total impact to you.
