We’re currently experiencing a service outage affecting LFT Fiber customers in Crowley and Rayne.

Earlier today, a sewage company in the area accidentally cut our main fiber line. This damage has disrupted service for many customers in the affected region.

Our operations team responded immediately and is actively working to complete repairs and restore service as quickly as possible. At this time, we do not have an estimated time for restoration, but we will continue to provide updates here and on our social media channels as we learn more.

We understand how important reliable internet service is for our customers, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Thank you for your patience as we work to resolve this issue.
